GELCOAT WON-SET 308

NAACO®’s Premium Gelcoat WON-SET 308 Weatherproof Surface Coating is a breakthrough innovation that complements excellent UVA and UVB protection, and offers incredible heat resistance and light transmission.

UV RESISTANCE

Elita® GC has UV inhibitors NZA-5 (in-build NZA-5 UV inhibitors) to help prevent yellowing, deterioration of corrugated iron and absolute UV resistance.

WEATHER RESISTANCE

The corrugated (weatherproof) polyester exterior coating has a UV inhibitor and resists yellowing or degradation. The outer surface is waterproof and moisture-proof.

FLEXIBLE DESIGN

An extremely flexible product, the Elita® GC is malleable so it can be used in a variety of applications to match design standards.

EFFECTIVE

We can meet all design and technical requirements specific to each project. Design ideas will not be limited when we can meet the length over 20m. Standard thickness: 1.2/1.5/2.0/2.5 and 3.0 mm.

On-demand wave patterns are available in over 250 types.

The required cutting length can be over 20 meters.

Mechanical and physical warranty for up to 25 years and 15 years for light transmission.

COLOR

Elia® GC comes in 5 base colors: Clear, Ice Clear, Orchid, Opal and Cool. There will be slight color difference between batches. Please contact NAACO® for advice.

APPLICATION

Elita® GC is used to light buildings, commercial, industrial, educational and projects that require long-term natural light standards.
– Schools/kindergartens, shopping malls, outdoor public areas need to be well protected from the effects of UV rays.

– In highly corrosive areas, Elita® GC can be manufactured with special corrosion resistant Vinyl Ester resins.
– All Elita® GC products can be designed into a dual-layer corrugated iron system (Twin skin) to enhance the efficiency of heat and sound insulation as well as save energy.
– Elita GC can be used as an effective noise attenuator.
