UV Resistance

Elita® GC – FRP translucent gelcoated panel has UV inhibitors NZA-5 (in-build NZA-5 UV inhibitors) to help prevent yellowing, deterioration of corrugated iron and absolute UV resistance.

Weather Resistance

The corrugated (weatherproof) polyester exterior coating has a UV inhibitor and resists yellowing or degradation. The outer surface is waterproof and moisture-proof.

Flexible Design

An extremely flexible product, the Elita® GC – FRP translucent gelcoated panel is malleable so it can be used in a variety of applications to match design standards.

We can meet all design and technical requirements specific to each project. Design ideas will not be limited when we can meet the length over 20m. Standard thickness: 1.2/1.5/2.0/2.5 and 3.0 mm.

On-demand wave patterns are available in over 250 types.

The required cutting length can be over 20 meters.

Mechanical and physical warranty for up to 25 years and 15 years for light transmission.

Color

Elita® GC –  FRP translucent gelcoated panel comes in 4 base colors: Clear, Ice Clear, Opal and Cool. There will be slight color difference between batches. Please contact The Front for advice.

Applications

– All Elita® GC products can be designed into a dual-layer corrugated iron system (Twin skin) to enhance the efficiency of heat and sound insulation as well as save energy.
